After many years of being a Cottons member and using the facilities on an ad-hoc basis, I chatted with Georgina about having the confidence and fitness to enter a 10k race and complete it in less than 1hr. My motivation to exercise was being affected, by the stress of my work.
Georgina educated me on how to improve my running, which included using weights and core body training.
I saw a reduction in my body fat by 4.8% and my resting heart rate (which meant I was overall fitter). My hip measurement reduced and I completed my 10k race in less than 1hr – hurraaaaaaaaaah! I am now in the best of health physically and mentally.
