Nothing Tastes as Good as Being Slim Feels

I hadn’t really noticed my weight creeping on until one day I looked at some photographs that had been taken and was truly shocked.

I immediately booked an assessment with Paul thinking I would get a programme and go my own way in the gym.  I was totally astounded by the information I received from Paul, not just about exercise but also my eating habits and lifestyle.  He gave me some of the best advice I have ever received.  I was so motivated from his advice I then booked in for a personal training session.  When asked what my goal was, being a size 16, I replied “I’d like to be a size 10 by Christmas” (Christmas being only 12 week’s away).  I was only joking and didn’t think I’d get anywhere close to a size 10.  I hadn’t been a size 10 since I was age 10!

I started to train once or twice a week with Paul and was so motivated I even trained a few times by myself.   I couldn’t believe how quickly I started to see results and the jogging bottoms that I originally bought for the gym were now too big for me.  True to his word 12 week’s later I could comfortably fit into size 10 clothes and for Christmas I even bought a size 8 dress.

Paul has truly changed me as a person and my whole perception of food and exercise is now totally different.  I actually eat more (which sounds crazy) and I can honestly say I will never go back to how I was.  He makes so much sense, nothing is faddy or O.T.T.

Paul truly is a inspiration and I cannot thank him enough.  Don’t get me wrong, I hate him for the god awful stuff he makes me do but no pain, no gain and it really is true.  Nothing tastes as good as being slim.
