I hated exercise but i needed to do something
My husband booked me a personal traineras a gift. I admit when it came to my first session i was nervous.
Paul Mason put me at ease within minutes with his style and personality.
I have now been training with Paul for the last twelve months and am so pleased with the results, my body shape has changed, i am more toned, he also listened to what i wanted to change about my body. He is a tough task master but makes exercise fun in the process.
People around me have noticed a change, Iam more confident about myself and my body image, i have to say that is down to Paul encouraging me, sharing his knowledge, explaining why we are doing a particular exercise and what results it will show me, i have to say his motivational skills are second to none.
I am now a regular Gym visitor and i never thought that i would say ” i love to excercise”
