I have now been working with Georgina for 7/8 weeks following recommendation by Paul Mason.
Paul promised that Georgina was an excellent trainer with real attention to detail; I have not been disappointed. Through a combination of getting to know me and my capabilities, Georgina has helped me focus properly on training and rest when it is needed. I am now well on my way to achieving my goals of a significant loss in body fat, greater aerobic fitness, increased strength & flexibility and more confidence in the way I look.
It is fun training with Georgina – she will push you though but that means you can get real results. I would recommend her to anyone”.
