Neil surpassed my expectations of what a Personal Trainer would be and would do for me.
Within an hour of meeting Neil I was confident that I had made the right choice. Neil is not about a ‘quick fix’, he understands that one size does not fit all and he tailored the programme to fix my goals, a healthy lifestyle: increased physical activity and healthy nutrition. Neil does not concentrate on the scales; his focus is on improving your fitness first, then incorporating the necessary changes to your diet; with encouragement and the understanding that we do have our weaknesses.
He is quietly encouraging yet firm without being aggressive, the sessions creative and enjoyable. Thanks to Neil I am full of energy, my health is improving and my goals are becoming a reality.
